By installing plug-ins such as Adblock Plus (ABP), users are able to eliminate some of the more distracting ads on sites. Until recently Adblock Plus wasn't available for Apple's Safari browser. That changed earlier this month when Adblock Plus a Safari extension in beta. Installing the beta extension is simple and only takes a few seconds of your time. [7] • Anon 2016-07-01 08:37 I’m having a lot of difficulties with this update of Adblock. I own a Macbook air and use safari 9 as my internet browser and recently ads on youtube started showing up. I installed this update since it claims it would have fixed the bugs for the youtube ads leaking through but it hasn’t done anything. I installed and reinstalled it but to no avail. My adblock works on chrome but its not working on safari. I don’t know what else to do.
